1. We DO NOT offer amendment services. Make sure you pick the size closest to your measurements from our size charts provided while placing your order.

2. Items are subject to exchange ONLY if item is DEFECTED upon receipt. 

3. You can exchange items within 48hrs of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. 72hrs for outside Lagos. 10 business days after date of delivery outside Nigeria.

4. REFUNDS will ONLY be issued if the item ordered is no longer available.

5. We DO NOT offer refunds or exchange for wrong sizes picked or delayed deliveries. There will be no exceptions.

6. For urgent Orders, kindly pick up in-store.

 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@ sisijola.ng@gmail.com Pack your items securely, and ship them to our return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or a shipping error.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email or phone cal. Approved returns will be exchanged within 2-4 business days. Please provide details of the item you wish to exchange, and we will process it once the original item is received and inspected.
